Our Products

Made from high alpine, tasty organic hay, the fragrant mountain meadows, the care taken in milk production and delivery to the cheese dairy as well as the craftsmanship in cheese making and maturing. All of our products are made from 100% regional organic milk.

Our Region

In pre-Walser times, the area on the Hinterrhein was used as an alpine pasture by the Romansh.

From around 1200, the area was settled by Walsers (German-speaking settlers from the Valais).

Hinterrhein is the oldest documented Walser settlement in Graubünden.
